2 cups chopped cherry tomatoes

2 garlic cloves, grated

2 Tbsp EVOO like @oldcountryoliveoil

1.5 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

A handful of fresh basil sliced thin

Fresh thyme leaves
