Monarch’s Amazon Prime Day Picks

The Monarch Team works in gardens every single day in the Houston area! We’re sharing our favorite Amazon Picks for home and garden! Gardening is our full-time job. We’re passing along the items we add to our cart regularly!

  1. Our favorite organic fertilizers! Super Seaweed. Maximum Blooms. We add these every two weeks to our clients’ gardens.

  2. Perfect pop-up trash can for using 1-2x a week.

  3. The pop-up trash cans we use every single day in gardens. The hard bottom and thick material make these extra durable!

  4. Terra cotta water spikes. Perfect for your indoor plants if you’re prone to forget to water them (like me!).

  5. Our favorite water hose. Ask us how many hoses we’ve bought over the years? Actually, don’t. It’s embarrassing. These are the winners for sure. Light weight yet heavy duty. No kinks. We haven’t ever had to replace one yet!

  6. Perfect size garden hat. Can I confess something? I hate garden hats. But alas, wrinkles and skin damage. This hat is small and doesn’t annoy me as much as other hats!

  7. Battery-operated (rechargeable) backpack sprayer. Treating your garden for pests or applying fertilizer has never been easier. Perfect gift for any gardener or yourself! The 1-gallon sprayer is a great option for smaller gardens.

  1. Compost scoop. If you’re still using a garden spade to add compost to your garden beds, you’ll love this upgrade!

  2. My favorite harvest basket. It’s the perfect size and so well made.

  3. Twine we buy on the regular.

  4. Garden scissors - our team fights over these and they are truly one of the only tools I use in my garden daily.

  5. Our go-to soil test. They email you the results so quickly!

  6. Garden caddy. I store all my garden tools and supplies in this one caddy so I can make one trip to the garden.

  1. Ninja Creami. We love this gadget (and I’m not big on gadgets). You can make herb-infused, whole-food ice creams. Download two of my favorite ice cream recipes HERE (strawberry basil and rosemary peach!).

  2. If you’re not using a garlic press yet, it’s time to level up your cooking game!

  3. Oil sprayer. Did you know aerosol oils have propane in them? I love that you can fill these oil containers up with your favorite healthy oils (mine are filled with Old Country Olive Oil) and use them in place of aerosol oils like Pam!

  4. Mandoline Slicer. I love this gadget for slicing wafer-thin radishes, cucumbers, and fennel for salads!

  5. Veggie Chopper. Want to know how to make veggies taste even better? Dice them small! I have no idea why this works, but it does. I love this chopper for quickly dicing up our salad veggies into perfect tiny pieces!

  6. Hand-held chopper. Perfect for quickly cutting up garlic or onions.

  1. My favorite salad bowls. This one is the size you’d expect a salad serving bowl to be. This one is the one I use multiple times a week for our jumbo family. And this one is glass and so beautiful. The best news? The serving utensils can be used between all three bowls - they go together beautifully!

  2. Salad spinners are a must for garden-fresh greens! I’ve loved this one.

  3. I love this citrus squeezer. Never going back to any other kind I’ve used in the past!

  4. Coffee pot. I want to hug my DeLonghi coffee pot every day. It makes fancy coffee without the hassle and frustration I’ve had with other fancy-pants coffee pots in the past.
