Did you know we have Amy Poehler to thank for inventing Galentine’s Day? Well, not exactly Amy Poehler - even better, her fictional character, Leslie Knope from the show Parks and Rec. Leslie Knope is one of my all-time favorite characters on TV. You can’t help but be inspired by her can-do attitude, love for her community, work ethic, and dedication to her team.
Leslie started what has now become one of our favorite holiday’s of the year: Galentine’s Day. Always the day before Valentine’s Day, it’s a chance to celebrate the women in your life who mean the most to you!

Clay Hearts: Don’t you love these adorable clay hearts? We made them! Use THIS CLAY, shape into a heart, place on a baking sheet, cook for 35 min in a 250 degree oven. So easy! We made 9 hearts and used 6 packages of the clay.
