Enneagram Types: Gardening Edition

We had way too much fun with this!

We meet so many different gardeners with various reasons for gardening. It’s one of my favorite things about not only walking clients through the process of creating a garden, but also the long-term relationship we have as we regularly care for so many of our clients’ gardens.

I think our type totally determines what kind of garden we want, whether we want maintenance, how we use our garden - or heck: if we even get a garden at all!

Friends, I want to know your Enneagram Type! Spill the beans! If you don’t know your type - good grief - don’t get me started! I will want you to take the test ASAP! Nothing has helped me understand myself or others in my life better!

How does your Enneagram Type affect how you garden?

How did your Enneagram Type affect your decision to start a garden in the first place? What’s your motivation?

From talking to gardeners all the time, I definitely see trends (which personality types are most/least likely to want a garden and how they use their gardens). It’s seriously so fascinating and a real honor to see close-up.

Do any 8’s garden? I don’t think I’ve ever met a gardening 8?

Did I miss something about your type or get something wrong? Let me know!
