Protein-Packed Breakfast Bagel

Who knew adding cottage cheese to your eggs could make them fluffier AND protein-packed?

On repeat right now:

Cottage cheese scrambled eggs. You can use any cottage cheese but if you haven’t tried @good_culture cottage cheese, it’s my fav.

Add whatever garden veggies and herbs you have on-hand. Right now basil and garlic chives are having a real moment in my garden.

Serve on an English muffin or @odoughs bagel thins - the everything bagel ones are well, everything.

It’s so filling you won’t need to eat for a week.

Jk. But really. This breakfast is super filling.
