Gravel for Drainage & Walkways
A gravel base beneath your beds for proper drainage, plus clean gravel walkways that keep your garden looking sharp and mud-free after Houston rain. A gravel base also cuts down on pests around your garden.
Steel Beds, Built to Last
We install steel raised beds exclusively, in patinaed or painted finishes. With today’s lumber prices, well-built wooden beds cost the same as steel and last about five years in Houston’s heat and humidity. Steel is guaranteed to last. Dollar for dollar, it’s simply the better investment.
Monarch’s Soil Blend
We fill every bed with the best soil available in Houston, a custom blend of organic soil and compost we’ve perfected over years of growing here, so your plants have exactly what they need from the day they go in the ground.

Custom Trellises & Obelisks
Tomatoes, cucumbers, peas, beans, and Malabar spinach need real support to thrive. We use trellises we’ve fabricated and field-tested ourselves, built to hold the actual size and weight of what we grow here, not hardware-store trellising that buckles under a loaded tomato vine.
Drip Irrigation, Done For You
Vegetable gardens always need a different watering schedule than grass. Where possible we tie drip irrigation into your sprinkler system on its own dedicated zone. If that isn’t an option, we install a hose timer off your spigot so your garden still waters itself and you keep the spigot.
Certified Butterfly Gardens
We also specialize in installing and maintaining Certified Butterfly Gardens. We incorporate as many drought-resistant, frost-resistant, Texas native pollinators as possible. This means more butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds, and less plant loss throughout the year.
